Celebrating excellence

First presented in 1987, the prestigious Electronic Navigation Shield is given to someone who has gone above and beyond ‘without fear or favour’ to support and promote the Federation and its members. The unique trophy, made of 2,000-year-old swamp kauri, is mounted with a barometer.
